BEWARE, for those expecting to use their iPhone, the appropriate lightning connector cable is not shipped w/ the EVO II 6K Pro. Only three cables are included: 1) micro USB Type B remote cable, 2) micro USB Type B connection cable, and 3) USB Type C connection cable. I'd appreciate any help you can provide, specifically a vendor and part number for the remote to mobile device (in my case an iPhone w/ lightning connector.) TY

Every time I go to fly it takes several tries before the Autel Explorer recognizes the App. Seems to be a bug in the software. Sometimes it connects on the first try, sometimes it takes up to 5 times before it's recognized. On each try my phone will chime indicating the connection is successfully but the App is flakey... I've got a Smart Controller coming but I shouldn't be having this issue...

My Samsung Note 4 does not have a 'data plan', so I use a wi-fi connection to download data. How do I 'cache' Google Map data in the Autel Explorer app? Once I have cached the Google map data, do I have to keep the Autel Explorer app running, or can I shut it down while traveling to my shoot site? Can I power down the Android device and maintain the Google map data? I'm used to pre-caching Google map data on DJI products, but am not sure about the procedure with Autel. I didn't find anything in the manuals regarding this. Thanks.

Hi, once i try to connect my mobile device to the Remote Controller i see a black screen even though it reads "connected". Any help please?

Because the controller acts as a battery bank.

Chuck Campbell you have to access developer options in your cell phone and change the connection setting for USB
