Glad i found this video got my m240 connected after 4 hours of failure on W10. I liked the "Options + software" feature that popped up. TYVM.

Glad I found this as it paired right up with my Andriod tablet but wouldnt on my W10 machine. Till I held the button down like you showed then it worked. Have to get another one for the W10 machine. Thanks!

It didn't detect mine when I first launched it, so I had to click "Add device", then "Bluetooth", which opens the Windows settings page for Bluetooth devices, then it automatically picked the mouse up and when I went back to the main Options page, the mouse was there.

I bought this mouse in the hope that it would help me navigate the internals of a new Bush 58” TV…sadly the instructions on this tutorial do not correspond with my equipment, I.e. the banner “Bluetooth &Devices” Not on Bush 58”,, definitely no “Swift Pairing” or anything vaguely resembling,,, Not on Bush 58” the fact that this IS a terrible TV it is a relatively new model coupled with the hopeless pictorial instructions on the M240’s packaging looks like I’ve blown £23 on something that’s going straight to landfill !!

Ah, after I connected my M240 with Bluetooth, the dongle does not work Like I turn on the mouse, connect the dongle, but it wont respond Mouse only works with Bluetooth now : (

My Mouse connected effortlessly with my 10 year old tablet and even my phone, but not with Windows. It just refuses to connect.
