I love the Turbographx 16! It had some great games. The Bonk Series, 16 bit adventure island games, Bomberman 93/94. Galaga 90 was a great sequel to Galaga!!!

@@Chaos89P The 3do's main downfall was it being too expensive (700$ dollars when consoles costed 150-200$) and games too expensive to develop. So barely any games and most games that were made had alot of corners cut to make developing affordable. It kind of was the Wii-U of the mid 90s, if you ignore the 700$ price tag. Theres some good games on the 3do, but most of them either were ported to more sucessful consoles (see Rayman, originally 3do, ported to PS1) or got sequels on more sucessful consoles. Wait.... it really is the Wii U of the 90s. (Most good Wii U games ported to the Switch)

The DS did, if you bought a popular title from China it was almost certainly a bootleg. they were ok on DS and DSI generally, but stick one in a 3DS and the game did zip. A lot of auctions for DS cars now still say "For DS and DSI ONLY! They know its a bootleg.

Why does Galaxy DS have a finger pointer controlled via mouse, despite the DS using simple touching without a cursor? Why does Galaxy DS have music flat out taken from the original game? The original game's music is orchestra. The DS uses midis (and while it IS possible, you have to compress the quality in order for it to work, and it's really advanced hacking too, as it requires cutting the song up into samples and playing them as sounds in order). Something tells me this is not an actual DS bootleg.

I completely agree, and there are just so many problems with all these "bootlegs" in general he's talking about, pretty sure they aren't even DS games. For one, the first Galaxy DS had a finger pointer that followed the mouse cursor, why do so many of them have music that isn't midi, it's not hard for me personally to stuff full audio into DS sound data, but to get it to not overflow the ram limit would require a whole lot of compression for the audio, which doesn't seem to be present in a lot of what is shown, and even then the audio would have to be split into multiple samples of 3 seconds, all of which are attached to different notes on a ranged instrument with a midi that starts at the lowest point note to the highest one, each note is 3 seconds long and it plays a different sound based on what note is being played in the midi, it's possible to add full audio to parts in a DS game, but it's a whole lot easier to use ordinary midi soundfont, and judging by the low amount of effort put into the "bootlegs' in general, how at all could they be able to do the music like that? (I might actually be slightly wrong though since I'm not a professional, but I've done it before for LarryDS, my soon to be cancelled most likely 64 DS hack, when I was doing fully voice acted cutscenes ALA Conker's Bad Furday) and those games just in general look more like Scratch projects than actual DS games, but what's worse is that in that "Mario Maker DS" game Conner was "playing" was that "he" was dragging tiles from the top screen to the bottom... when the DS only has one touch screen. And he was saying "How have I not broken my DS yet in a fit of rage" yet most of the gameplay videos had mouse pointers on it, yet he implied he was playing it on the actual console... Also, on the Super Brothers whatever game, there was blur on the top screen image, and it looked like it was clearly of higher resolution than an actual DS game would be... I kinda wish that Conner the Waffle would be more honest with his content... Sorry for making a text wall explanation about all that...

How dare you insult the legacy of the TurboGrafx16 (PC-Engine). With games like Bonks Revenge, Neutopia 2, Castlevania: Rondo of Blood (JP only) Not to mention the start of the Street Fighter series on Consoles (Fighting Street for TurboGrafx16 CD). There is a lot more to this underrated system than meets the eye!
