Man... there you go hitting me right in the feels again. And it's got me thinking. What if Nintendo made a game where you could play as Bowser and Jr. Where, instead of them being the villains, they are genuinely trying to stop somebody even worse than they are? I mean, it's shown that Bowser isn't ALL that bad. In Mario and Luigi: Super Star Saga, Bowser actually provided Mario with transportation and fully intended to help him defeat whoever stole Peaches voice. Heck, in Bowser's Inside Story, Bowser had a big bone to pick with Fawful. What if... Cackletta made a return? And actually captured Mario, Luigi and Peach? Who would dare save them? I bet you anything, Bowser would be more than happy to take on ANYTHING that she would throw at him! So come on Nintendo! Give us a Bowser and Jr. game where we get to see things from their side! I would love up see how close their relationship is!

This gets even sadder when you consider new super mario bros (for ds). Bowser DIED at the beginning of the game, after the first world. So not only was Jr holding together the entirety of the Koopa troop, but he was also an orphan. Left all alone. He was probably forced to grow up a little, suddenly having so much responsibility at his young age. And for what? Bowsers's dead. If bowser was really jr's reason for doing anything then suddenly life was completely meaningless for Jr at that time (that is, unless resurrecting bowser at the end was part of the plan)

I understand Bowser jr. completely. He doesn't have a mother, I don't have a father. (My parents got divorced when I was 10 years old, and I haven't seen my father since. It's been 7 or 8 years since I've last seen or even heard from him, but I had to cut off all communications with him because developing a relationship with my father was not healthy at the time...and it still isn't.) He's had a bunch of lonely moments, and so have I. He wants his father to be proud of him, I want my mother to be proud of me. He wanted his family to be complete, I want my family to be complete. The fact is neither of us have a full family. Here's what I mean: it's just him and his dad and it's just me and my mom. I understand Bowser Junior completely, and I know how he feels. I know how he feels about everything.

Someone should make a fan comic of this, where the Mario universe and DDLC universe overlap, and Bowser Jr heard of these four waifus who could be like his mother, and when he joins the club and talks with them, Sayori and Monika become especially sympathetic with BowserJr , with Sayori promising to be his mother in hopes of curing her own depression and Monika wanting to be his mother so that they can get a better understanding of each other, as in their perspective games they are very complex characters. Now Bowser Jr, desperate to find someone to complete his family, but also interested in both girls, accepts both. Bowser approves of this because his son has worked so hard and has gone through so much that he earned those girls. However, of course, Mario and Luigi misunderstand the situation and think that bowser wants to kidnap them, so huge, deep conflict plays out. That would be an interesting fan comic.
