I don't know where the religious zealot came from lmfaooo funny stuff though. No dude, and I don't mean anything negative towards you or your choice. My point was that, and using my own experience as an example, I spent time recieving cognitive behavioural therapy, and EMDR for my C-PTSD from when I was held down at 5/6 years old and an adult cut a 10inch wound into me with a machete among other instances of abuse. As a teen into adulthood the anxiety came out of nowhere and I always craved the same fun happy high times I would see others having. It wasn't until I confronted the underlying issues that I was also able to enjoy myself. I've known people who have not had any negative experiences (most of who didn't because they grew up with parents who were multi-millionaires) at any point while smoking or doing drugs. That's why I stress the negative emotion being subjective. Trust me as someone who was once naive and easily manipulated I abhor all organized religions equally. Even though on some level I accept the Norse Pagan ideology as the most valid I hate the idea that we give our common sense and day to day affairs to books written by "Prophets" who couldn't at the time even imagine what a combustion engine looked like, let alone complex algorithmic processing. I again, stress this, because for some does not mean for all. I love to listen and learn as well, thus I also love to speak and converse for mutual progression in shared knowledge and experience. Maybe give you and the people around you thriveable wages as a result of restructuring global finance/distribution of resource models and initiatives as an example? Edit: Arrogance was ripped out of me when I was too young to realize. My confidence I developed is easy to confuse though and I do not fault you for seeing it as such. I believe around 2022 was when they slipped this federal control measure and raided all shops in the DC area and many in California/Colorado were engaged covertly and wasn't reported. Maine switched as well for the recreational portion and I am unsure of the products in the Medicinal sector.

For me it was unresolved childhood trauma from being mutilated with a machete as a child. My friend, as a recovered addict, cannabis isn't intense, it has everything to with the user. I understand why it's easier to scapegoat the plant that has nothing to do with the psychological or physical reaction. I used to get paranoid every single time, and yet after doing EMDR and cognitive behavioural therapy I am fine. It was the way I felt about the world, myself, and my past that led to the paranoia. The receptors that weed affects are not capable of inducing paranoia or a physical reaction like throwing up unless there are other factors involved. Just to stress everyone is their own person and I do wish to sway you to any side and respect your decision and opinion. I would just argue that it is a subjective opinion and not an objective oneZ

First thing: weed is not for everyone. Also: From my experience, i do think that most weed smokers had at least one bad trip in their lifes, and if ya ask em about it they are going to say it was a very shitty experience BUT they kept on smoking becuz that was one bad trip in at least 10 good ones, and then after overcoming 1 (or 3 in my case) bad trips what happens is that you fully understand weed and what it can do so you kinda learn how to control it very well and then you can say you are a weed smoker lol But some people don't wanna go thru phases and shit, so they quit, weed is not for them And also there is people who smoke it one time and already can say they disliked it. Also again: people are used to say weed relaxes you, but i kinda disagree Yeah, it does relax you if you are already relaxed, meaning what you are feeling weed makes you feel it more intensively, meaning if you are feeling like shit, depressed, anxious, and all this kinda stuff, what shall happen is that weed will make ya feel this shitty sensations and thoughts and everything even more And yeah, since the world life is naturally evil, so the bad trips tend to be more powerful to your brain than the best ones *12:17 DID YOU SAY GUARANA???????????

There's no evidence that THC itself actually causes long term brain damage. It's only temporary.
@AmadeusDR4 ай бұрын
It doesn't affect our brains negatively. The receptors it affects only exist in mammals and the studies conducted in the early years on modern society were deliberately mismanaged (pumping tons of smoke into monkeys and not giving them oxygen for several minutes will do that). Israel and Italy are currently the most knowledgably about cannabis and can attest that it doesn't physically affect you negatively. Any psychological affects are purely induced by the user. There is no risk of psychosis or any major reaction caused BY cannabis, purely subjective to the individual user and their own grasp on themselves as well as their grasp on reality. All the research on cannabis is open source on a website I can't recall for medical researchers to share information. It's in medical language so I don't reccomend reading it. I would also like to stress that anything from the United States should be taken with a grain of salt. We are obsessed with manipulating science to aid our profits, if a report is released by ANY source from the United States, find the research paper and read about HOW theyr conducted the experiment to come to that conclusion.

If you struggle with anxiety, try out cbd! (grass or oil) Personally, I take it in oil form (grass has more of an immediate effect, compared to oil, which lasts way longer but less strong) and it does wonders for me when I am stressed out. It has more of a subtle effect, but you will feel it for sure once you took it a few days in a row. This is the one thing besides sports which works very reliable for me against anxiety. Another thing which helps is gaining another perspective from a psychedelic trip. This can do wonders too (it did for me at least). However, inform yourself a lot before taking those :). I started using cannabis because of insomnia. I had tried it in my teens and 20's numerous times - but mostly had bad experiences. The few good experiences were very good. I presumed it was not for me so I quit for over 10 years. When I got insomnia I did a lot of research. I cut out caffeine, exercised, had a healthy diet, good routine etc. It was just anxiety. Weed used to make me more anxious or sick. In my research, I discovered that when I was younger and trying weed, I was doing it as a non-smoker. People here also often mix it with tobacco. And you rarely are told what strain it is. So I was mostly burning random weed. Not to mention, the adult brain is not fully developed until 27. Now in my late 30's, I am more mentally sure of myself. I researched that indica is probably best for me, and that Sativa would give my personality type anxiety. I also tried buying expensive, good quality herb vapourisers. It was a COMPLETELY different experience. I have still never used to tobacco. I use cannabis every evening. I only use Indica. I only do it in my own company in my quiet time, before bed. And I only use herbal vapourisers like the Volcano or PAX. It is a totally different experience. There are many, many variables out there to consider.

I think that for most people, your short term memory is impacted while high. I'm assuming it's not great for development but I mean, I was fine. That said, live your truth, man. I have a same exact story, but instead of greening out I had a seizure, but the next day I was told it was laced with barz. After that I stopped smoking, now I’m 3 years sober 💯

A few times in these 4 years of smoking weed I got a fast heart beat but I laid down and did deep breathing and got over it. Weed is not for everyone and you are better off if you don't 'need' it. I only smoke once a day in the evening after dinner and while I did develop some tolerance I never increased how much I smoke - which is about 1/4 of a gram. Also important is to have a weekly skip day. Best is to pick a day when you're tired and sleepy. You have to skip days until you dream and then you're good for another few days.

Involuntary muscle movement... is scary I had Involuntary eye movement from medication a doctor prescribed me... I COULD NOT look down... it was like my eyes rolled back and got stuck. I couldn't drive or anything. Super scary. I went to the Emergency Room. When I stopped taking the meds it stopped. THANK GOODNESS

I have a low tolerance, and I mix THC with CBD flower at about 1: 20 ratio. Some do 1:1, 2:1 and so on. The regular THC weed is ultra strong these days that it can cause pretty bad paranoia, anxiety, etc for some people. I typically use just straight CBD flower lately, as it helps with anxiety, but the 1: 20 THC:CBD mixture definitely provides a buzz, with practically no undesirable side effects that straight THC can produce.

I greened out on a brownie once and the anxiety was so bad that I thought I was going to d!e. I was shaking so badly and cried and was hysterical. (Because of you I know how it escalated to that point because I hadn’t eaten yet.) The cherry on top was that a coworker brought the brownies to work and I didn’t even know or understand what I was eating. (He did it to get fired, so he could get payed from our state, that bastard!) I’m super thankful my boss at the time knew what was going on and my sober coworkers looked out for me. One of them drove me home and since my mom is super strict about drxgs in general, I didn’t tell her what was going on. I used the demise of my father as an excuse at that time. The most fxcked up thing was that I was told to do a presentation on what was good about my workplace and my gratitude towards it. Fortunately I didn’t had to do it, because the other apprentice dropped out shortly after the incident. (She would’ve had to do the presentation with me.) I was lucky that I didn’t know what I was getting into and was able to complete my apprenticeship.

I used to smoke weed for 1 year long, at the beginning it was a little bit uncomfortable to control my mind while doing it. Mostly due to not being legal here in Brazil. The police was always a motive of bad trip, anxiety , and other reasons. I think you took too much, but within time it feels better.

"greening out" is just low blood pressure. Its very similar to getting sick in a car. You need sugar basically. When I was a teen i used to drink a monster energy when i felt like that.

Weed works differently for different people it's interesting how the same joint hits two people differently, it works for me, I have anxiety problems and depression and just overall I got a bad mental (although I've been working on it and I'm proud to say I've improved alot in these past like 6 months just by trying to change my outlook on things and how I react to stuff emotionally)...ANYWAY, I smoke once a day before bed and it really helps me, it melows me out and helps me with anxiety, also helps me sleep soundly and fall asleep waaaay faster it's great, and of course I love the high not gonna lie and say I only do it for the sleep, for some people it's medicine for others poison it's a matter of knowing yourself and if it's bad or good for you

omg, so familiar with smoking higher potency and unable to predict when the effects are going to hit and then i kept puffing, the set when the effects kicked in when i realized that i smoked too much, i smoked low potency ones and probably the creeper strains that hit you a little later or hit you at one point after you smoke but you don't subjectively feel and decided that i stop it altogether, aspergers syndrome, and a history of psychosis don't mix.

Woa this is the strangest thing. I had a very similar experience to you with the numb face, couldnt feel my tongue, no concept of time. I remember I was shaking and couldnt really speak for 3 hours laying on a bathroom floor because I couldnt handle being around my friends. I thought I was in there for maybe 30 minutes once i sobered up.

I have felt that alot of times but it wasn´t a bad trip, I was enjoying it, and I usually feel a urge to puke but I can avoid it, I guess I`m lucky, the high has phases, like I start to feel paranoid but 3 minutes later I just forget it, é bue estranho, só agora é q me lembrei q falas português. Quando fico assim o meu coração parece vai explodir de tão forte ue bate e o meu cerebro também.

Just a sidenote FYI. If you have a can of pop you're afraid of opening because it's been dropped or shook up so it will likely explode or fizz, here's a trick. Simply flick/flip the can using your thumb and middle finger as if you were going to flip a coin with them. Flick/flip it a time or two, then safely open your can without fear of fizz.
