Ryan B He fought at welterweight for that fight. You can say what you want but at the time he was doing primarily 145 pounds. People do have limitations physically. In order to make 170 he has to put on a lot of weight to get into fight, it having to be mostly muscle since he walks around at close to 170. People also thought Eddie ALvarez , who was a great wrestler who dominated everyone in his division up until that fight, would smash him. Conor made it look like Eddie shouldnt have been in the UFC it was that bad

I have to be honest, I didn't see it this way at all. The whole press conference had the energy of a terrified man creating noise, primarily to calm himself down. Conor reminded me of drunks I see at work, erratic, anxious, out of control and barely clinging on. He looked distinctly weak and this was especially the case in the stare down. Khabib isn't scared of that guy one bit.

I 100% agree with you but think about this: Kabhib's opportunity is to first win this and then truly claim he is the champion and possibly greatest in that division. The whole presser was 1 giant mindfuck, on Conor's part. To confuse and show Khabib what he most wants to see, a drunk, scared, mentally unstable man looking to fall at the slightest shot. What Khabib will actually see will be quite different; a cold, calculated, war machine that moves like a sacred ghost, kill shots coming from everywhere, and nowhere, simultaneously. Death, swift and sure. And then the excuses will come aplenty. Death,comes cold and ready for whatever the night brings because it knows one thing for certain, it's bringing someone home.

What you're forgetting, Chael, is that not every fight fan thinks like a 6 year old as you seem to do. No, most people weren't in hysterics at Conor going "mumumumu", and most people aren't siding with Conor due to the bus incident just because he said "you tapped the bus window". People still know that what Conor did was an arsehole move and resulted in innocent people getting hurt, pulled from their card and could have been a lot worse. People still think rationally and are not derived of that because Conor shouts a lot.
