A very strong option you missed is creating a bunch of kingdom titles when you become emperor. Ontop of generating a ton of prestige it also totally negate any penalty for losing an election as you own most of the empire

Yeah Intrigue is pretty overpowered in CK3. Conquered the whole of Iberia once as a woman from the Jimena Dynasty (she was the only female heir) and had good intrigue skill, so she is worth it to play honestly. Also like the new music. Here is a collection of very concerning and child obsessed Laith quotes in this video: "Let me fabricate a cook" "My children will own all thrones of Europe" calm down there, Laith of Aquitaine "Man I have to kill so many children these days or I have killed two children" E-Excuse me? 🤨 "I swear she was 20 before? Did she regress? Am I blind?" Yes, yes you are "Oh look its my Ex-Wife" "Crusade for Moldavia? Okay, they got spare kids" "Oh shes pregnant, two for one" "Time to kill her entire dynasty" That was alot, but I had fun with it. Enjoy :)

Highly recommend playing her matrilineal if you want an even easier run. She immediately inherits her brothers titles, so you start as the strongest character in Iberia, and can marry El Cid or whoever you want

talking of not declaring war... it certainly makes your life a lot less hassle in eu4.. im playing a game as a native north american tribe... i gave my custom nation a bunch of settler and diplomacy things.. i decided i would not war at all and instead integrate all other tribes slowly over time.. like, they are just joining my nation in peace and harmony.. i had zero rebels, no problems at all.. until i converted to catholic and now my life is a nightmare.. although i had to war against colonial nations cos i realised i cant diplo vassalize them.. unless i support independence & then diplo vassalise after, but the point in going catholic was so i didnt need to war europeans.. so.. its easier just to invade the colonials - the good thing about pacifist, diplo annex playthru, is you get no money problems, no manpower problems, no aggressive expansion problems, no over extension problems, very small rebel problems.. the only problem really is the annoying rules the game adds to make you less likely to continuingly vassalise & annex.. ive worked out quite a technique for not getting the annoying negatives from having annexed vassals.. what i do is with 7 diplomats, i make sure i can vassalise 7 nations at the exact same time, and then i annex them all at the exact same time.. this probably only works with relatively small nations though
