Hang in there Conrad. As a famous skipper Lawrie Smith once said. “At one point you stop racing and start surviving”. I have done two Atlantic crossings and these are wise words form an experienced skipper that one should never forget.

Well that looks fun - ah, not so much! Especially handing sail config changes at night, with industrial size buckets of water being blasted at you all while surfing & bouncing over & into waves. Actually, the surfing is the fun part. The rest, not so much. Hope you can get a kip soon.
