Did you know that you can actually open new sessions before you close the old ones? I always open sessions 10 minutes early and leave them muted with the camera off. Since I started doing that, I’ve never been “late” to a class.

I love your videos. I've only started watching today. I am in the process of a career change from Radio Broadcasting to wanting to travel full time and teach online/Vietnam. Your content is really useful. Thank you.

1) As clients rarely rate you don't touch any bonuses and make below minimum wage. 2) if you cancel shortly before and they approve the cancellation they will remove an hour's pays without explanation 3) the lessons are riddled with errors 4) they will find any excuse to dock you pay. 5) you have to work the graveyard shift or you don't get any lessons at all. 6) they don't reimburse for training or the equipment they require 7) the software you must download is invasive to your privacy. Otherwise great.

Zina Tara, I love your content. I took CELTA at ILA in Vietnam and worked at VUS for a year as an English teacher. I'm considering relocating to Vietnam. I am from Iran but now I live in Istanbul. If I manage to go back there, I would really love to meet you. I have been watching your videos since last night and I can't stop watching. I also followed you on Instagram and love your feed. You are so honest and I like your perception at different things. I wish you peace.

I've worked with this company for years. They are always like this, so you are quite right. I have many cancellations and was forced off classes for reasons that wont make sense nor is fair, lol. Its been like this for years. But just ignore it and keep going. Let it work for you as much as possible. Good luck!

I am a native English speaker from California USA and living in the Philippines wanting to work for them and not sure to even try because of that $2 base pay only thing if you are not in the US?
@arianapearson95014 жыл бұрын
I've read countless reviews about how ITutorgroup only pays around $5 an hour if you don't live in an English speaking country, even if you are a native. I applied and I have an interview on Saturday. However, I live in Peru and it may seem like a cheap country, but my rent costs what it did in the US ($450) and I live in the most expensive city here (Lima). Do you still recommend this company?

Philip Jolley Because I got a chance to practice teaching with real Vietnamese students. Best way to learn, in my opinion.

How do I use the free pass? I just got another absentee today. That makes it 3 in the space of two months 🙄
@Vaerax4 жыл бұрын
Thulisile Ngomane Home -> Teaching -> attendance system -> the column on the right is “appeal absences”, when you appeal there’s a check box for free passes. Note that you can only appeal in the same month the absence happens.

Hi Do they make you book back to back classes, or can you book classes at 7:30, then 8:30 then 9:30 so the classes do not overlap
@Vaerax4 жыл бұрын
You can book whenever you want, but you’re required to do a certain amount of classes each week.
@joshuascheidler95764 жыл бұрын

would be careful before deciding to work for this company as they can fire you for almost any reason they want. This is what happened to me, The lowest base pay is $3 if you are not a native speaker. Yes, Itutor hire a lot of non native English teachers but they only pay them HALF that native teachers earn.
@MP-uo6qd4 жыл бұрын
@@sian-michellehall3953 wow that's bad. WHich country are you? You should ask for $6.92 base rate if you are a Native speaker.

Itutor suck now. 50% less pay and an oversupply of teachers willing to work for pennies. That gig is over and it's time to do the bare minimum till u get a plan b.
