Sis, I had just seen a BBC documentary/exposé on this company. I suggest you look into it before promoting them. That being said, I'm glad you're not dealing with any complications as the exposé discussed

@@constanceebienfa1050 hi hun, I’m well aware. My experience with them was really good and they didn’t even know prior about my channel. Also, clinichub are not the surgeons and hospitals, so I can only go off my own experience. I advise everyone to firstly seek help (qualified doctor/therapist/dieticians) in their home countries first, do their own research and look into their surgeons and definitely follow after care properly... This is vital!! I haven’t heard not one person have any issues with their weight loss surgery (through them). I do appreciate you mentioning it nicely though 🥰

Congrats! You look buzzing with your experience :) Question, after the op, how do you get in the amount of calories your body needs to maintain after you lost the weight (approx 1700 - 2000)? Did they ever talk about starvation mode etc from eating too little calories? I'm curious :)
@zinataraaa3 жыл бұрын
Thank youuu! At the moment I’m still kind of in the beginning stages. So, I’m more so taking advice from my dietician. I’ve been calculating my protein in take (food and shakes) rather than counting calories. Also, I make sure that I take all of my multivitamins etcc. In a month or so, I think I’ll start looking more into calories etc. The only thing that I’ve been struggling a lit bit with, water consumption but I’m definitely working drinking a lot more! 😊

@zinataraaa3 жыл бұрын
I agree with EVERYONE doing research BUTTTT Can you at least say why you regret it? I’m confused .... I’m now 4 months post op with zero issues and I know a lot of people who have also got it done both UK and abroad.
@evelynsalcedo83 жыл бұрын
@@zinataraaa I’m only 2 weeks post op and I’m having the worst time adjusting to a major lifestyle change. I did my research prior to surgery but I should’ve done more. The way you consume food / beverages with this surgery (for the rest of your life) is something I wasn’t mentally or physically prepared for. All the vitamin intakes that you have to be on for life. Portion sizes. You’re eating smaller than kid portions for the rest of your life?!? I was just not prepared like I said at all and it’s really taken a big toll on me. I don’t want to let myself fall into depression I just haven’t seen the bright side to all of this and I honestly feel like my life ended and I will never be able to fully enjoy myself again or be “normal”.
@zinataraaa3 жыл бұрын
@@evelynsalcedo8 Awww ok! I totally understand. You’re only 2 weeks post op. I think you should still only be eating soups at this stage or really soft foods. Please take it easy! It does get better and you will get used to eating solid foods soon. Your body will tell you that you are full so you won’t need to guess like how you may be doing now. I’m not just saying this for the sake of it, I know how you’re feeling and I want you to know that it does get better. Wishing you a speedy recovery and I hope you feel a little bit reassured after reading this 🙏🏾

Hi, I definitely wouldn't advise that! I was in still in pain at that stage. I think everyone is different but maybe 3-6 weeks is more realistic and safe but speak to a surgeon/doctor to confirm, if you're considering having it done x
