Here is a Brutal Truth: Is it possible that you can live with someone for years, love a person, develop such a trusting relationship and bond with a person that could be filled with such evil and have committed such atrocities and horrors, that you could never see them or even suspect them in their capabilities to commit these crimes and even murder, rape and worse, to children even? The answer, unequivocally and absolutely, without a doubt and with many factual examples throughout history recent and distant, is yes. So why then do we assume that those who we elect, those who we have chosen to represent us, are all together moral and upstanding people? Because they say they are? Because they tell us what we want to hear and therefore, are objectively “on our side” because they parrot the beliefs that make us feel righteous? We all, every one of us, are capable of things we may never think we could do, like murder for example. Given the precisely right circumstances, we can all be driven to temporary insanity and commit offenses we would otherwise never consider. Just know that the evilest among us, are often, the most deceitful and deceptive, and what would we all say about professional politicians in general? We would say, regardless of whichever side you stand on, they will say the things they believe we want to hear; they are all, in a very general sense, deceptive by nature and necessity to their objective, wealth, power and recognition. So, we need to start having people willing to do the hard things, say the truth, whether you like it or not, being honest of heart and purpose, run for offices to do the will of the people they are meant to represent? This is one reason why I support Donald Trump; I am not naive enough to think he always tells the truth or that he doesn’t have an enormous ego or have some potential ulterior motives, but he says what he thinks, he does not skirt the issues, he tells us answers to questions that sometimes I don’t like to hear, policies that I sometimes do not like or agree with, but he tells us like a person who is just in the same room as you, as someone who you know and have had normal conversations with would tell you. There is no filter often, and I trust that far more than someone who dances around the answer and gives generalities and “what if’s” instead of telling you what they think, want, or believe. The mere fact that he is willing to upset people with his ideas and policies, seems to me far more trustworthy than a person who always tells you what we want to hear, in a very general way as not to offend and as to garner support and votes. This is the main reason I support Donald Trump.
