I could easily see someone using the word passion because they have the desire - day after day - to do what they are doing. There must be a story behind his dismissing the word passion. I stopped listening after he said he looked for a job in France, anywhere in France, long distance. Come on - why? Yet, he asserts he wanted to be among the best. Not impressed, not at all.
