Builders and banks will collapse if individuals wait until 50+ to buy home. I've experienced the fixed-price market here, where they don't even have drinking tap water and the road outside society is an off-road track in Bangalore. Especially if they're selling a very cheap non-habitat home for Rs 10k/+ per sqft. It's surprising to see folks my age unintentionally become builders' mouthpieces and believe builders' narrative and try to persuade others.

No Builder is running a charity of Providing Housing Scheme of Affordable Homes etc.

You are doing a good Job by spreading awareness among people but don't be emotionally involved in this kind of work as it may cause lot of stress. My friend who is in US used to visit old age homes the organization through which he was going had told him not to get emotionally involved with people because many people cry out of loneliness. And my friend was asked to take some break from work. My dad when he was getting involved in fight against builder it caused lots of stress and trauma to me as a child. For my dad it was a regular thing though he is no more. So Tc.

I am looking for a flat rn. And honestly it is very difficult nowadays to get a completed flats from local builder. The primary reason being I am unable to find any local builder online. Online flats are flooded by Only lodha, runwal. Even all those sites like 99acres, housing etc are not at all useful. It would be great sir if we could make a telegram / discord channel, where we can promote the local builder with the right place

Agree on some points However the idea that the bank that approved the project or lent to the builder shall recover from the flat buyer is factually incorrect. Because the buyer has the freedom to process a home loan from any bank Or loan provider of his/her choice. Also if one considers the rate of interest on home loans are on the lesser side than project finance loans.

I agree whatever he says is happening in the market, but it's the strategy of selling more units in less time. If you go to North Bangalore, builders like Brigade, Godrej and Prestige are dumping 5000crs of projects. Why wouldn't they want their projects to get sold faster. You and I who are buying 1 or 2 units are hardly losing anything overall.
