​​@@SS-rg5di When we as home buyer have so much pain due to the 2 Bs(Builders and Banks) and still buyers, and if we decide and determine, we certainly have power to dig the graveyard for them and build an organisation which is self sustainable and self reliant to protect and sheild the Home Buyers. I would be very happy to collaborate and build that organisation Just remember one thing, individually we are nothing but togather we are everything

We need ROR - to have all legal cases mentioned Supreme Court heard a case on the same and rejected this However we need to have ROR / RTC mention all lis pendence (cases) We need TITLE INSURANCE in India for all Flat buyers And a system similar to CA Where Lawyers of buyers are allowed by law to compulsorily make review of ALL Documents and actual checking of the property

In LA California, the first thing is TITLE INSURANCE Here in case of any title impediments the insuarer will pay the buyer / insured party In this part of the world, we have to just cross our fingers and jump in the deal
