Not sure if you have this fixed yet? But that appears to be the sound of a channel that is not programmed. I can turn on the “channel voice prompt” and not program anything into a channel, and get the same result. I would try and reprogram the radio and check again.

That is what the problem was. Life been crazy, and with my eyesight issues I haven't been able to make a updated video.
