Constanța is the largest port city on the Black Sea and one of the main entrances/exits of shipped goods in and from Europe. It doesn't play (yet) in the same league as Rotterdam in Holland, Antwerp in Belgium, or Hamburg in Germany but Romania is working on it ;)

Dear American Fellow .Constanta is one of the important Cities in Romania and finally , the Authorities decided to renovate it entirely . This decision came after many years of corruption and indifference . I believe that the renovating and the revitalization decisions came due to the American troops located in this City .God save America...

The infrastructure is so medieval! I am a Romanian citizen living in Luxembourg since 20 years, and the way most of romania city’s looks its just so backdated.
