The pistol / single leg / one legged squat is a difficult movement that requires mobility, stability, coordination, and strength. In this video we are going to go over some ways to test if you have these attributes, and then show you progressions that will help you get to your first one!

A body weight exercise like this isn't meant for mass. If you are looking to add mass to your legs you'd want to perform heavy squats and deadlifts. You can find plenty of programs built out for building mass online
