This video is for the beginner to intermediate weightlifter who just needs minor tweaks to their lifts. These 5 tips can seem minor, but they make a HUGE difference when implemented to your technique. Hi Great video and thanks for the tips. For tip number 4: Sometime it happens with me if I decide to lift heavy weight, is this normal? I do it to see and check my progress
