Have you tried Alpino oats, specifically the chocolate flavor? It's delicious and ready to eat without any baking required. It's the best oats I've ever had!

Thanks for sharing these modified versions. I am 62 years old. I am planning on adding burpees to my calisthenics routine. I am going to exchange it for my jogging training and probably add some jumping rope in a Tabata way. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks again 🙂(liked and subscribed)

Very helpful. Made me realise my way of doing the burpee (more of a squat, followed by thrust then pushup, then back into squat) is mechanically inefficient. Still managed to do 100 burpees in under 7 minutes (at age 64), but this method looks a better way to go in future :-)

Hey Hudson, Just came across your site. I'm a 67 soon and I've been doing variations of your workouts with hex dumbells and grip plates, I set a 4 station. 20k plate on d.bells down do a pushup then pop up into a shoulder press. then medball slams sets of 10. Then Deadlift into pushup then rows then pushup repeat till I've done 25 then Goblet squats. In total I do 25 -30 of each station then onto other stuff. Great video subscribed 💪👍

65 years old. Cancelled my gym membership to begin xfit- thank you for the tips. Listening to my body is always placed first. Don’t want to feel overwhelmed by home CrossFit - so listening and trying to perfect movements vs moving quickly. It will be a challenge for these muscle groups, but hope the muscle memory will kick in over time. Wish me luck.
