Here's another reason, gyms are moving away from unlimited memberships to a certain number of classes per month or week which is making it more expensive and with people not attending as many classes people are not progressing and they lose interest. I've noticed people progressing much slower when they attend two times a week or less. Now that membership was Great when I was training for something else but now that it's the thing.... People aren't progressing like they used to

I'm super thankful my first CrossFit gym had a month-long foundations class that met three times a week and it was a cool thing when we graduated to regular classes. They had such great gradual progressions and teaching in our classes. I would have been lost if I only had a few sessions.

I've done CrossFit on an off since 2014 but never had a desire to learn a handstand push-up or muscle up and things along that nature but do have a desire to compete which was why I had a few years in the running community. I think hyrox might take over because it's more accessible to everyone. Yes, in CrossFit You can scale but when people have been scaling for years and not improving enough to be able to even do a local competition then you're looking for something to participate in. I'm really sad that got rid of regionals because it was really cool to see my coach win regionals his first year which was also the last year of regionals. That moment brought to the whole community together. We even did a fundraiser award together and things like that and brought together other gyms to help him go to the games so we were all a part of that but regionals aren't even a thing anymore. I think some people have been doing this for years and don't see the progress towards becoming an RX athlete so it can get old. It's harder because some gyms aren't offering open gym anymore or even a month long foundations class to give you a good foundation on your CrossFit journey.

Hello, brothers! I would like to ask you a question. I have big hands, I am 1.83cm tall and my hands are well above average, and I think that using the 'Pro' version would be fine. However, I just want a Fat Gripz to improve my grip during workouts at the gym, improve my grip and provide stability when performing exercises. In this case, do you think that the 'One' version would be enough or would I really have to buy the 'Pro' version?! Thank you for your attention!

This is very good and I can tell you are all natural which is exactly what I needed to see. Too many of these fitness models finesse the internet unnaturally. Good job my guy!

Does any company make these with a 32mm inner diameter? That way the rubber would fully close with no gap on a 32mm bar. All the ones I've seen are 28mm inner diameter.

What is the problem if my hang snatch and hang powerclean are much better than my regular PC? I don't think it's the first pull. I personally think Im not patient enough and dont stay over the bar. I'm pulling too early without much power.

I've been researching crossfit for a couple hours and it just seems so needlessly complicated. Obviously it works, but I feel there are simpler ways to get the same kind of all-over fitness. This seems designed to to make professional guidance more necessary.
