I am severely constipated..i am 30yr old female. Stool is not hard, it's very sticky all the time even after eating clean, but not coming out.. Not getting the urge.. Wt loss is also occuring aapki baat sunke mujhe dar lg rha.... Khi koi bdi prblm?? But kbhi kbhi ekdm theek rhta h no blood coming... So can u suggest something sir??
