Debe haber un depto . De planeación , control y programación , el cual se encarga de solicitar materiales y programar a las diversas estaciones de procesos de trabajo . ( Trazó , corte , soldadura , maquinado , tratamiento térmico , armado etc .). Gratos recuerdos me traee este vídeo .

This guy and the machine he runs are the best combination of NC/CNC and manual machine I have seen lately. It is great to know there are people left in the world that make money the old fashioned way by working for it. I ran an old Carlton 4 ft. arm radial drill the first two years in the shop drilling and tapping water line holes in plastic mold bases. I can tell you that positioning system would have saved a great deal of work for me.

Incorpora un sistema de parada en el avance automatico que se regula a la longitud deseada. Cuando llega a ese tope predefinido, el plato deja de avanzar longitudinalmente aunque siga girando. Es un sistema preciso y fiable. Gracias y un saludo.
