No soy un profesional de lo mismo que tu trabajo, soy diseñador. cuando veo que todo esta maquinado a la perfeccion y el señor con su bigotito y lentes que mide varias veces antes de empezar el trabajo, y ademas mide sin notar en alguna parte, salvo que en su cabeza, hay un verdadero pro as de ases . Antes de cada medición se mira el plano de la pieza para comprobar las cotas. Es difícil tenerlas todas memorizadas. Gracias y un saludo amigo.

He is truly a master of his craft. A poster child of skills being slowly lost. I saw a video of a 6 axis Farini? I think, being demoed, Raymundo's was easily as good, maybe a little more setups, but new machine was 500k+ and in us auctions IF they are bought, $500 to $7000. These new 5-7 axis large scale models are already better than needed except for turbines and rotors. Feels like the pressure to buy a new car only so people can see you bought one. This guy uses an eyeball and a freakin TAPE MEASURE for gods sake, and his through boring, just wow. Sorry to blab, but he is the definition of a dying art.

Takes me back a few decades. I've done fabrications like this. I was a boilermaker welder. The fitters in the shop did the machining. Quite satisfying work.

Hallo Herr Raymond, hay dos cosas que yo miro con mucho detenimiento en su trabajo, como posiciona la pieza, después miro con detenimiento la pieza y trato de adivinar por donde empezará a maquinarla. El detalle de poner un par de ejes para el borde inclinado fue genial, así mismo, el perno expansor para evitar que una de las caras flexione mientras se maquina fue excelente. Hay que saber interpretar muy bien un plano para saber como será el trabajo a realizar y, usted es un maestro en posicionar la pieza, interpretar un plano y manejar esa máquina fabulosa, no me cansaré de decir que usted es un maestro. El centrado y amarre de la pieza asi como su inicio es una operacion basica para que el trabajo llegue al final sin ningun contratiempo.Por esa razon antes de comenzar cualquier tarea y sobre todo cuando se trata de piezas grandes conviene perder unos minutos en planificar todas estas operaciones.Hay que tener claro desde un principio el proceso a seguir y todo sera mas facil.Gracias y un saludo amigo

Pues si señor...esto que usted hace, con tanto CNC, tanta máquina de 5 ejes, tantos sistemas multiherramienta y tanta fabricación en serie como hay po ahí...puede considerarse un arte...yo iría más lejos y lo metería dentro de las bellas artes. Enhorabuena, es muy difícil encontrar hoy día personas con esta formación o que quieran formarse así, muy difícil...Por Dios, trate de trasmitir todo ese conocimiento, eso ya no sale de las escuelas. Raymond, Very nice set up on such a angled part. I Like the T-nuts securing the jack to the table. You have to love it when you bore from two sides and the pin slips right in like it's supposed to. Not magic by any means, but satisfying just the same. well done sir.

Como siempre maestro un placer verlo trabajar, hace que se vea tan fácil (obviamente no lo es) lo que mas me impresiona de su forma de trabajar es la técnica tan depurada que tiene para la sujeción de las piezas, no importa que sean piezas diminutas o enormes y pesadas como la del video siempre la sujeción es perfecta, felicidades por su trabajo y muy buenas tomas.
