for the first problem arent you supposed to connect to the blue intersections that crossed the perpendicular bisector?

That's a great question! The intersections I connected in the video are the correct ones. If you connect the "blue intersections that crossed the perpendicular bisector" you would be creating a Rhombus, but not necessarily a square. In order to be a square the diagonals must be perpendicular (why we constructed a perp bisector) AND congruent. The only way to ensure the diagonals are congruent is making them each a diameter of the circle. That's why I connected the intersections with the perp bisector and the circle. Hope that helps!

I am using a program called Smart Notebook. Deigned to work with Smart interactive whiteboards, but you can just run it on a computer
