I've heard there will be 56 model homes consolidated around Witt Loop, Roosa Run and Steiger St (hence the parking lot). There will also be 4 sections of Accommodation homes in Well Point. BTW, love this video! Got to see the latest progress on our waterfront home on Roosa Run near Corbin Trail! Loved your cruise videos as well!

I've also been told that the new section next to Marsh Bend Trail, south of McNeil are what will be called Garden Villas. From what I've seen on another video, they're all very cookie cutter, super close together, and all painted the same color. And all the lanais are on the sides of the homes. Not sure what the Villages is going for with this section of what looks like tract homes. Everywhere else pretty much you see a nice mix of home styles and colors.

The should have a low bond with no real lot.

I really like the design, they are real close together but all villas are. Interesting about the colors, thanks for letting me know what they're called. Now I can look them up ! :)

They’re considered luxury courtyard villas. (Aka garden villas) Expected to cost 30k more than a regular courtyard villa. Either none of them are painted or they’ll be the same color. So far all the roof shingles are the same color.

The parking lot is most likely for people to park when looking at model homes, just like in the Street of Dreams. One day they will remove the parking lots and build houses in their place, but for now they need customer parking spots when looking at design homes.

I definitely think it is to keep the traffic off the street and keep the roads open while people check out the street of dreams.

Yes, the pkg lot is only temporary, it's what The Villages usually do -- nothing new. Kind of obvious being these lots always pop up where the model homes are. -- BR

Yes! The look good to me, but it reminds me of the "shotgun" homes in New Orleans.

I know these aren't finished yet but boy they all look the same..same floorplan same roof same look facing the street, one right after another ..yikes!
