@PapaPineapples Don Wiley, on his podcast, was showing where all the Publix within the Villages were, and there is about 4 miles between each of them. And it is about 4 moles from Magnolia to Eastport. That lot was just recently cleared and leveled, so something should be happening soon.

They haven’t put that out yet. Rumors are August and October time

August, October seems to be a pretty aggressive timeline, however, if anybody can do it, The Villages developer can. I wish them luck, I can’t wait to see it get opened. Thanks for the update.

I had hear sometime in the 4th quarter. I live in Shadybrook, and my brother and his wife are coming for Christmas. So we are planning on eating at the restaurants and listening to music on the waterfront then. Can't wait!!

I saw someone's post of a recent Villages printed brochure map of Eastport. On the map it says mid 2025 opening, whatever that means 😅
