Hello, this video was helpful. Although I have a query, while calculating your interest charge why did you multiply by (1/12) .... shouldn't it be (1/15) considering your Area are calculated over 15 months?

Because the 14% cost of capital is annual. The interest charge he was trying to get is monthly

I see no word as "half" in the question, why u divided the rest retention by 2. The condition is that retention will be returned after 6 months....
