I have a question for you. Why do you prefer to enter Remaining Units rather entering directly value in Budgeted Unit?

The field I was entering into was actually "Remaining Units/Time". The reason that I used that column in this exercise is because the workbook gives values for crew sizes as "3 Men Per Day", instead of the total budgeted labor hours for the activity. So when the workbook assigns "3 Men Per Day" to one of the activities, if I wanted to use the budgeted units column to enter that data, I would need to multiply 3 men per day times the total duration to get the total budgeted labor hours. Hope that makes sense! Most of the time, I would use budgeted units, but in this instance, I didn't want to have to run the calculation since the data was given to us in "Units Per Day".
