Wow!!! You literally just took less than a minute for me to understand the design-bid-build contract. Not gonna lie I really found that confusing in class and my professor wasn’t able to explain it in layman’s term like you did. Thanks 🙏 really appreciate your videos. Just consider the cost of debt when making your decision. You're resume could potentially land you into a project engineer role, maybe try applying to save some money and get hands on training?

How Hard is it to get a construction manager position without a degree, and just field experience?

It depends on the extent of field experience, project types, size of projects managed, etc. I do work with alot of people without degrees and just field experience, so it's fairly common but how easy would be dependent on prior experience and some networking. I know this isn't a cut and dry answer, but hopefully helps
