You cannnot use the schedule for the in and out cash flow without cost loading either way front load or back load. The most important usage og the schedule is tracking the project progress.

RK , of course the schedule is not an accurate cash flow, but the schedule can still give a very good approximation for cashflow planning. I've seen contractors use the schedule cashflow to manage financing with financiers and banks. So I think it's still a valuable tool.

This is applicable only for a cost reimbursable contract. What if the contract is a Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) contract?

Ouch - that's tough. Seems like a legal issue that has to do with contracts and such. I'm don't think we have any legal tips for you. Every country & industry is different.

Thanks! Best to get with your project engineers and build a schedule from scratch. There's just too much unique that you won't find much you can copy.

This was great, thanks, I have been researching "daily progress report format for building construction" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Peyiley Fantastic Paramountcy - (search on google ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to download construction document templates minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my co-worker got amazing success with it.
