Well, the thing I find w David is... he doesn't over complicate explaining and drawing. The technique looks awesome but, if you watch the video. You almost feel stupid for not being able to already do it. Very logical and thorough.

Thanks so much for these David, you are a natural teacher, and so thankful for your willingness to teach others.

David, first of all thanks for the tutorials, you're an amazing artist, and second, I would love to see how to draw non muscular people, like super skinny people like myself or fat people, from super fat to just some belly and a little bit of overweight, might not be what you're used to draw, but would love to see how you do it :P

Wow I never really have a preference of videos about anatomy because of course the more variety and thought schools the merrier but for some reason I couldn't figure out the arms and your video is the one which perfectly clicks for me in this topic. Thank you.

Hey thank you for all the great videos you have made on how to draw, they have been really helpful for me, I lost my job because of the pandemic and I have taken every bit of extra money that I’ve gotten and spent it on a lot of art supplies (Drafting table,pens&pencils,dip pens,ink,brushes,Bristol board and so on lol but my wife and I talked about it and I’ve always wanted to be an artist and But never went for it but with me getting laid off back in March I chose to take this time and go for it! Even if I never make a living from it at least I can honestly say I went for it. I do know that if I never try it absolutely wouldn’t happen for sure, but if I try then I will at least have a chance. Sorry for the long comment but I just wanted to tell you I appreciate your videos.

When I was watching Todd McFarlane talking with Stan Lee on the show, he was saying that he drew a body part each week. It may not be the best method, but that's the one I have been doing. I was actually working on arms this week so I thank you!

Thank you so much for this David! I really needed it. I think this may be one of your best tutorials yet, and you explain the arm perfectly. I’ve been especially struggling with forearms, so breaking it into cube, 3-d like shapes is really going to help me. Most videos I’ve watched don’t go nearly in as depth as yours has, where you basically tell us everything we need to know.

AWESOME TUTORIAL! One the the best I’ve ever seen on how to draw the arm muscles, for beginners. The block shaped, interlocking technique, you demonstrated is exactly what I needed to help me more accurately draw the human arm - which I have been struggling with, in great frustration, for so long. Thank you so much, Sir!

Wow, you make it look soooooooo easy! I've been an artist for over 36 years now. And the one thing I've always wished I could master was shading. My biggest set back, is that I'm dyslexic, so I always have a hard time getting it just right. But this video, has definitely help me improve my shading abilities. Thank you, for the tips!
@fero_art10 ай бұрын
If I am not wrong, dyslexia is related to spellings and all, right? How does that effect shading? I am not doubting or trying to offend, I am genuinely curious, how does dyslexia affects shading?
