Consulting jobs Global Health - how to get work

In this video, Dr Greg Martin talks about his experience working as a consultant in Global Health and gives some advice as to how to get consulting work. So if you're looking for a job in Global Health or you're interested in getting some short term work with a global health organisation then watch this video.
Global health (and public health) is truly multidisciplinary and leans on epidemiology, health economics, health policy, statistics, ethics, demography.... the list goes on and on. This KZbin channel is here to provide you with some teaching and information on these topics. I've also posted some videos on how to find work in the global health space and how to raise money or get a grant for your projects.

Thanks for this advice i was a vitamin and health consultant for 4years for Bioharmony health in Dischem from there i became a vitamin and health consultant for pnp pharmacy department working for 13 years... Im struggling to find a job in my field cause i gt no papers

Hi Greg? Thanks a lot for this Consultancy video. Just a brief question on the one-page CV " the door opener". 1. What would you suggest be the subject-line for the Email for sending the 1-page CV? 2.Should the email be generic i.e Bcc everyone or personalized emails?

Thanks for the question Wisdom - regarding the subject line for the email. I would suggest something simple like "consulting work" or "one page CV". I do suggest that you send a personalised email to everyone that you're wanting to contact about consulting work (don't BCC everyone). Hi there Ratnadeepika. Well done re completing your MBBS. If you want to work at the WHO, I suggest that you do an MPH (you can do them part-time or distance learning if you want). Good luck!

Hi Sadikshya, yes a pros grad degree in global health or public health is a good stepping stone. You'll need some experience too of course. Good luck!
