Just found this video while trying to troubleshoot my insane Bissell Spinwave robot vacuum. It's so dumb. I really appreciate the hard work put into analyzing this appliance and really wish I had seen it before I bought this thing! Thanks though! I subscribed to next time I'll hopefully make a better consumer choice

I absolutely love mine! Vacuums and mops 2k feet of hard wood and tile floors without an issue. These robots are not for deep cleaning your house. They are for maintaining a clean house. Deep cleaning is for you the human.

I returned mine. It’s no where near the level of quality compared to the rest of the bissell line.

Yes I had a Bissell EV675 their entry level robo vac. Filed a warranty claim they "upgraded" me to the "Spinwave". This unit is far inferior.

SpinWave Robot dispenses too much water on the floor then stop working! No solution to fix it

That’s exactly what I thought. I love bissell and I own a brand new crosswave and it’s amazing but the quality of their robots is very poor.

they must not have engineers in autorobotic field. They should because the vacuum/mopping robot market is quiet large! (as I google'ed ,,, it is about 11+ billion this year!)

This product sucks. You test it in small open areas...... In my home this this couldn't figure out to go around furniture. It would keep ramming into the couch and couldn't go around it.... Didn't make it more than 10 feet from docking station without finding something to get stuck on.
