Hi there! Thank you for your video and demonstration. I got one of these units recently, and I like how it mops. However, the vacuum seems terribly week, far less than my other vacuum only robot. Moreover, as I run my hands around the robot, trying to feel the exhaust of the vacuum, I can’t find it. Even the grill on the left side is viewed from the rear, that seems like an exhaust vent, has absolutely zero air coming out of it on the high power mode. My question is do I have a defective unit? Am I supposed to be able to feel the vacuum vent somewhere around the body of the machine?

First mode used was auto ? Correct ?? Then spot mode

So in the process of using this thing lol … I had to go save it because it got stuck under a chair trying to go back the home dock … this is a little annoying

I have one and I'm not impressed. My older Neato works way better. The Bissell gets hung up on a lot and even gets stuck on ledges.

And this review is no good. Show video of it coming out of docking station. Obv you don't leave it in middle of room all the time. Problem is once it leaves docking station it goes no where

This product is junk. Keeps bumping into the same wall and / or furniture until error message and it stops. Terrible sensor system. Tried it 3x and since getting it and Bissell claims to clean the sensors which I did and still didn't work. Battery life is also awful after a full charge it's down a third of battery after it bumped into wall for 10 minutes and cleaned nothing.
