@@dorothyjohnson3728 there’s a commercial on tv that says how good they are and makes me crazy 😜 they made me pay off a new iPhone 14 pro max that I couldn’t afford but splurged on for myself for Christmas and when I had troubles they had me pay $900 to switch to T-Mobile and then wouldn’t release it to me for 180 days. With T-Mobile and no dropped calls a T-Mobile is giving $650 back for joining them and $22 dollars less ! Be careful and God Bless 🙏🏼🤗👍🏼✌🏼

Save yourself a headache and never go to the consumer, cellular brick and mortar store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Their customer service, or absence there of you will be treated like human garbage by their employees. They will insult you refuse to sell you phones and when you don’t wanna leave because you came there to buy a phone, they will threaten to call the police on you. If you then try to call the customer service 800 number for some sort of satisfaction, those people at corporate level will ignore you and only compound the way you were treated at the store level. Save yourself some headache do not go to the consumer cellular store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, better yet find a different cellular carrier.
