Just got the EASY Flip. Installed new Sandisk 128gb micro sd card. Doesn't work. Invalid. Bought another 128gb micro sd card. Doesn't work. Says it's "invalid". Sandisk comes formatted exfat. Does it have to be formatted Fat 32? I called CC ... no help. Does the phone itself format the card? ... and yes - it was very carefully installed.

I bought this thing for my husband who has dementia. I figured it would be easy for him. NOPE. WHO decided that the speaker button needed a second step to act as a speaker? Why, when you press contacts, do your favorites come up first and you have to dance around to find all your contacts? My hubs can't use it. His smart phone was easier for him.
