I fell my prayers are inadequate and not eloquent enough. I just bow my head and pray and hope God hears me.

Still on the issue of prayer, I find that in my daily life, I am surrounded by a lot of Pentecostals, and when we speak about prayer, I usually get the response that praying in tongues is one of the most effective ways to pray. I would like to understand better from a Catholic perspective the views on praying in tongues, as I occasionally wonder if my prayers might be more effective if I was praying in a certain way.
