Surprise Nutri- rice....I would love to give such name bcoz my kids eat spinach in very few delicacies but they experiment with exotic meals served in restaurants and they feel tht I only force them to have nutritious meals...But by tasting this delicious rice they would be surprised to know that spinach is one of the main ingredient..I think it would be best served with tomato based soup or it can be topped with salsa sauce and grated cheese
