Very nicely explained . Sir please correct rule 65 - wages given on 7th day instead of 10 th day if contract labour is less than 1000. And sir please upload more lectures of labour laws on KZbin. Excellent teacher.

What is the relevance of CLRA in view of section 2(i) where person with wage more than Rs 500 per mensem is excluded from the purview. As Min wages arr mandatory, so under present circumstances, PE need not apply for registration and Contractor need not apply for License as both will not come under the purview. Kindly guide in this regard. Has any amendment/ruling come in this regard.

Sir , as u said if an employer is having less than 40 laborer then that employer shall be exempted under labour Exemp. Act. My question is whether these forty laborer are of regular nature or contract nature or both.

Dear Sir, as per my view, in the definition of workman under section 2 ( I ) ( B ) is applicable to SUPERVISOR who draws wages exceeding five hundred rupees and not applicable to all workmen. It means, wages is not criteria for other workmen. Please clarify.

B S N L में मजदूरों के वेतन विगत 8 माह से नहीं मिल रहा हैं परिवार बहुत परेशानी में हैं ये मजदूर विगत 20साल से बी एस एन एल में कार्यरत हैं काम बी एस एन एल में कर रहे हैं पेमेंट ठेकेदार देता हैं ठेकेदार को वेतन के लिए कहने पर ठेकेदार के द्वारा कहा जाता हैं मुझे बी एस एन एल पेमेंट नहीं कर रहा हैं तो मैं कैसे करूँगा विभाग और ठेकेदार के बीच मजदूरों का शोषण हो रहा हैं 8 10 माह वेतन ही नहीं मिल रहा हैं {छत्तीसगढ़ बिलासपुर}कृपया हमें उचित मार्गदर्शन देवें
