We got called in to rescue this homeowner from a HORRIBLE contractor that left her landscape looking like sh*t 💩
Even though she got scammed by the other contractor, we were able to bring this job from a 1 to a 10 and the homeowner was extremely happy with the results 🔥

As a customer the problem is you don’t know what’s what until after the project starts or is finished. The information gap between customer and contractor can be very lopsided. Appreciate Tigran making these videos as they also educate us customers on how the business side works.

Maybe because they are paper houses ? Live them for a couple years , sell it , and let the new owner deal with renovations . Unfortunately its something common in USA.

Why is the fireplace not with a built in gas tank or a portable one? Seems overkill to build a whole gas line to it

I just had a similar situation. I had friends go with a cheaper contractor. Pool and retaining wall Business that took the $150,000 check and went bankrupt in two months. They dug a hole and delivered block. That's it.

How do you know there’s no ROI? In this case, the owner did spend more than what it would’ve cost to do it right the first time. In this area there is a dollar made for a dollar spent on property value. And presently values are averaging 10%annually.

Tigran, Love the channel, super refined content. I am hooked on landscaping. If you could please give me some pointers, I would be very grateful. I grew up in Manhattan Beach, CA and recently moved to Nashville, TN. Landscapers out here are raking in mad money, lots of East & West coast money coming in. Recently left my job at an Aston Martin dealer to work for myself and fulfill my potential. I am 24 years old, my work ethic is excellent, and I am looking forward to getting my hands dirty. Funny thing is, I do not know where to start. How do I go about landing my first job? Should I start with small solo jobs and assemble a crew only as needed? Could I assemble a crew and start working medium size jobs right off the bat? When the time comes, where can I source high-quality workers? I am committed to bringing my vision to fruition. Any advice would be super helpful. Your channel and your success are very inspiring. I look forward to starting & scaling my landscaping company. Best, James
