The cutscenes look exactly like the wii version but more upscale and not blurry anymore. They did a fine job with the graphics too.

It's 30 which I'm fine with. I'm used to games running at 30fps. Plus it does bring back memories from the Wii version in 2010

Looks like the motion controls are only in switch and only works when you are pressing the button to use paint

Just tried Switch and Xbox versions. Switch Motion controls engage once you push the R/L triggers. They work great! Game looks nice, a solid 1080P. Xbox version is a bit more crisp 4K, include a snappy frame rate, and the colors are deeper. I’m gonna get the Switch version because of the motion controls. It’s just more fun to spray the paint/thinner. Sometimes visuals aren’t everything!
