She's threading the needle here. It's really simple if she would answer the question. What happened here is pretty much standard operating procedure to fire someone in an office environment. She is being asked to resign with the clear understanding that she doesn't resign, they will fire her. This allows her to truthfully say she resigned. They are letting her stay on the payroll until Jan 20 but she is relieved of duties effective immediately. They took her badge and restricted her access permissions, but she's still on the payroll. It's fairly normal to do this, especially when the separation is involuntary. She probably did enter the secured portion of the White House, alerting the Secret Service, but she was probably very far away from the actual living quarters, maybe having only got as far as a perimeter guard station. This really highlights that we have to VERY carefully listen to how politicians answer questions. They are masters of redirection. They do everything they can to make garbage look like gold. Trump is special though. He doesn't get politics - he just lies through his teeth, and the people believe him just like they believe the most artful politicians.

After reading some of the reports and then watching this video it is clear to me that she could have been a positive influence on the administration. With her access to the president and his trust in her loyalty and history with him, she could have been a positive voice for her community. It is unfortunate that the community she was representing is so quick to call her out for engaging with the administration when she can be orders of a magnitude more effective bringing issues to the president than thousands in the streets with picket signs or masked people burning their community down. If you want a seat at the table support individuals who are able to enter the circle of power, if you want to be marginalized and ignored then keep taking down educated and successful people in your community actually trying to make a real difference.

I'm gonna get hater comments for this but I thought Omarosa was very well spoken and dignified in this interview. She came across to me as sincere and genuine. I felt that she was being real when she said she saw and heard things in the White House that affected her deeply on an emotional level. I'm sure as a black woman and a minority in her "space," that she saw and heard alot of shocking things being said and done and in the future we are going to hear about this. She may have done things in the past that were kinda "wild" to say the least, but I do feel that her heart is in the right place and I feel that she has "grown up" alot and this year, 2017, in the Trump White House has kinda "awaken" her to a whole new reality altho she has had previous experience in the White House. We all learn new things throughout life and just when we thought we knew it all, voila, a new revelation appears. I can't wait to hear what she has to say after she offically leaves the White House. For some reason, I believe that she's going to reveal some shocking (but not so shocking) truths and revelations on what she saw and heard during this time in the Trump White House. Kelly had to step in and re-establish "order" for a reason. I bet there was alot of "childish, bad behavior"going on in the West Wing and some people probably forgot it was the White House and it probably became a playground and that's when Kelly had to step in and restore order and remind these people that "this is the White House!" I dunno, that's just my opinion but I don't think Omarosa is a bad woman. So go ahead and hate on me since everyone here seems to really dislike her. I can take it! LOL.

When Trump was running i really respected her for her wittiness and independent thinking and determination. She said that she made it there because of her credentials, not her race.
