How long have you been lifting for? your SBD numbers are amazing to me. I was deadlifting for about 4 months then eventually I stopped cause I was stuck at 315lbs for a while. I recently just hit 225lbs on bench and I'm starting to regret not continuing my deadlift and squat progression. Do you have any tips for squat/ deadlift plateaus?

I've been lifting for 5 years already. 2years of Full POWERLIFTING training. To be honest, there are so many ways to break your plateaus. It really depends on your situaton. But a general recommendation is by adding training frequency. For example: You're doing squat once a week, try to do it twice.. other recommendation is to add volume to your training.
