This would be your SLC wire, the data circuit that goes to you intelligent addressable devices such as smoke detectors or other addressable relays.

How do I wire a Mini module to be able to supervise the power supply in case a nac comes in and out. I would appreciate it

On the trouble contact, land your resistor across common and normally open. Then, land your wires on normally closed and normally open. this will cause an open circuit trouble on the mini-module instead of shorting the circuit to cause a supervisory or alarm. I may do a video of this in the future because I need to update some of these videos about triggering and supervising power supplies.
