Very interesting tutorial. If I may suggest a fastest way to delete inside of the small shapes in only few clicks: when you have the large square with the shapes ungrouped inside just double click the free space inside the large square to highlight the surface and the adjusting lines (so the outlines of the small shapes included) and then inverse selection with shift and press delete once the inside spaces of the small shapes are highlighted. And you are done:)

Good video, but unfortunately most free versions of SketchUp do not have support for DXF files

Sir Can you explain realistic render in sketch up with vray
@46communication9 ай бұрын
It depends how you want to render ... low res mid res or high res. it takes long time to create realistic lighting. Ok I will make a video on that ... then it will be easy to understand

You could've used directly photoshop to convert image into 3d and export as stl or collada, this is time consuming and inefficient

Thanks for your suggestion.... I will try to do the way you suggested.

Thanks for your comment. I just wanted to do it in Sketchup for now. After some time I will make video on Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D and on how to start a creative carrier. Please be with me.
