Converting a circle into standard form and then graphing

Learn how to graph the equation of a circle by completing the square. Completing the square will allow us to transform the equation of a circle from general form to standard form. When the equation is in standard form we can identify the center and radius of the circle to graph to then graph the circle.

You will not transfer them to the right side, you will give that side its own 16 and 36, so basically if you add 16 and 36 on that side of the equation, you should also add 16 and 36 to the other side so that they will still be equal.

-8x went into x-4^2 binomial, because if you simplify (x-4)(x-4) you get the -8x, same for the y binomial

well, u need not do all this for finding th center.first u should see whether the given equation is in form of X^+Y^+aX+bY=(any number)(c).if not get to that form by doing some mathemetical functions.once its done,u just gotta divide X andY coefficients(a and b) by 2 and inverse the signs,u will get the center.for radius ,root over a^+b^+c=radius of circle............................^ is square.INDIA

I'm really late to this and it probably doesn't matter, but there's a big difference in the way teachers treat regular ed students and AP, BC, and honors students, and it makes sense in my opinion. Coming from experience, the latter usually is self-incentivized to learn, and the teachers know that, so as long as they aren't being obnoxious about what they do, you don't have to ask the teacher to use the bathroom every time, sharpen a pencil, blow your nose, etc. Because regular ed students sometimes aren't so self-inventivized, teachers need to be more assertive and controlling to students when they teach to prevent the students from being so distracted, even if they behave like honors students. It's just a teaching method teachers find easy and effective to do.
