Hello sir. Any flashlight with about 2000 lm, tail switch and high candella. Convoy M21B (mode 11) is cheap and very efficient. M21B with sft40, sst40, xhp50.2, xhp70.3 can fend off dogs at night sir. I live in Thailand. There are also dogs chasing people in town but a lot more of them outside the city. I saw the m21b on this channel, and I bought it, and I don't regret it, it's very powerful, however it doesn't have a USB port to recharge it, you have to charge the battery in a charger...

Great demonstration, I couldn't find much about this (understandably not many people dare to risk a test like this). I rather would attach that flashlight to a shotgun and than "treat" the stray dogs. Why officials allow that dogs are just roaming around the streets and can hurt anyone? Close them or shoot them, no matter, human safety ALWAYS first, everything else after that.
