Yes I always cut my ricotta with cottage cheese. I just blend the cottage cheese till it’s smooth then add it in my mixture ❤️

Yes, use cottage cheese! I have only ever used it for my lasagna, ricotta is just way too heavy and rich for me. Looks yummy Alex!

Yummy love the soup .just a little tip next time boil the noodles aldente and then you can cut them into bite size squares to add to the soup then cook the rest of the time in the soup

There are mini lasagna noodles you can buy touse in the Lasagna soup recipe, so much easier. There is also an Instant Pot version I use and love. My family also prefers using cottage cheese in place of ricotta.

I loooove aldi!! Idk why people still go to other grocery stores. Aldi is my first stop always and then other stores if aldi doesn't have it. Your grocery bill is always cut in half at aldi!

For lasagna, I’ve always made my cheese mixture with half ricotta and half cottage cheese. I thought that was normal haha.
