I also use parmesan on my potatoes when I add onions, bell pepper, and a couple of FRESH (NOT JAR) jalapenos, but I use the grated cheese. It indeed takes it up a notch. Also try adding Italian seasoning. It's a game changer to potatoes! Meal looks great and the price of the air fryer looks reasonable. I'm sold!
