Your dish made me smile on completion.....now I understand why, one nurse co worker asked me if I was eating Egusi stew.......it was a tomato sauce, pasta with ground meat, spinach and ricotta cheese.(soulfood-italian🙃🤣🤣🤣)..which looks like your cooked dish at the end. This nurse was from Nigeria....advised me how to make egusi..and only get the melon seed(not)ground.....I'd been a big Nolllywood movie fan and wanted to try but 'raw' over tone was there...keep trying till I got ok.... will try again....thanks to you...lovely lady.
