My father-in-law made ravioli. Everytime he made it he would send freezer bags home with the 4 kids. My husband loved it so much he had his dad teach him. So when he passed away my husband inherited the pasta maker. It was one that screwed down on your table or countertop. My husband’s mom taught me how to make meatballs. They were so good. And the meatballs were not little either. Two were plenty for most people (men usually ate 3). My oldest son had his dad teach him how to make the ravioli so we gave him the pasta maker because I got the pasta attachment to my Kitchenaid.

I have the same cheese grater. Love it. Been shredding my own cheese. What I do is shred like 4 at a time & put in a freezer bag & take out like quart size bag & put in the refrigerator.

Absolutely! You may need to add a couple more seasonings because sausage is already seasoned… But still sounds delicious!😀
